   Yes, visit our Registry page.  We also have Gift Registry for birthdays and anniversaries.

Do you ship outside of Texas?
    Yes, we can ship to any state.  Extra charges apply to shipments outside the continental USA.

What are your standard shipment policies?
     Items in stock will ship the next business day or delivered the next business (if local delivery).  If an item happens to be out-of-stock, we would be happy to special order it for you.  Special orders will ship upon arrival.  If your special order will take more than two weeks, we will contact you.

What type of payments do you receive?
    Online orders accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  Our Fort Worth Store accepts Cash, Check, Money Order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

I have an in-house account with PS The Letter. Can I still order online?
    If you would like to purchase products shown on our website and want to put the charge(s) on your in-house account, please call our store at: 817-731-2032 to place an order.  This is to protect your in-house account from accruing unknown charges.

What if I don't have a credit or debit card?
    If you'd like to pay via Check or Money Order, call our store 817-731-2032 and ask for Annette or Amy who will give you further instructions for mailing in your payment.

Can I purchase a gift card?
    Yes, Gift Cards are available for purchase Online or in our Fort Worth store.  Select from a variety of denominations.

Can I purchase an item online with a gift card?
    Yes, in order to redeem a gift card towards your purchase, please contact Amy Howorth at 817-731-2032 and she can apply your gift card towards your total balance owed.

    No, the E-Newsletter is a way for us to notify you of upcoming events and special promotions.

Do you do anything special for birthdays?
    Yes, sign up for our E-Newsletter and enter your birthday month to receive a $10 P.S. The Letter Gift Card the month of your birthday!  If you are already on our E-Newsletter list, email Amy to notify her of your birthday month.

If I provide my personal information online, will it be re-sold?
   P.S. The Letter will not share any information with any third-party, except for that information required to be shared with our credit card processor in order to process payments for purchases.
